1: Will the hot water from the Ensuite be to hot for a child to use?
All our Ensuites are fitted with a Temperature limiting valve that is set to 46°
2: How big is the Ensuite hot water tank?
The hot water unit has a 50 ltr capacity, the length of time the hot water will last depends on the length of showering all ensuite have a water saver fitted to help you save water. You will find that the hot water system is constantly heating the water while its being used and when out of the shower ready for more hot showers. The basin and shower is fitted with mixer taps.
3: Does the Ensuite unit work when there is a septic tank?
Our Ensuite units are designed to work with Septic tanks as well as Mains sewer. So long as there is access to a sewer access point. Overflow relief gully, Boundary trap, Inspection opening etc.
4: Can I use tank water in the Ensuite unit?
Yes tank water is OK to use with the Ensuite units. So longs as if the water heater is supplied with water from a tank supply, then the bottom of the supply tank must be at least 1 metre above the highest hot water outlet and care taken to avoid air locks. The cold water lint to the water heater should be adequately sized and fitted with a full flow gate valve or ball valve.
5: Does the Ensuite units have any kind of heating?
All out Ensuite units are fitted with wall mounted radiant heater that more than heats the units with ease. Plus as the radiant heat rises from the heater it gently warms all your towels and cloths from the above towel rail and cloth rack.
6: Is the Ensuite unit electrical safe?
All our Ensuite units are fitted with 2 safety switches. One for the hot water system and the other for the power supply.
7: Does the Ensuite unit come with it's own connection for power and water?
All our Ensuite unites come with heavy duty power leads, waste connection flexible hoses and water hose.
8: How far away from the Ensuite unit does the sewer outlet have to be?
The Ensuite units can be up to a maximum of 50 metres with a 1 metre gradient. But in saying this the closer the unit is to the sewer ect overflow relief gully the better.
9: Is the Ensuite secure when in use?
Each Ensuite unit comes with a lockable door and smoke tinted Perspex window on the top half of the door to allow light to enter but not allow people to view in or out. Plus the shower has a full shower curtain for extra protection.
10: Does the Ensuite come with a modern dual flush toilet?
No the toilet is a Full Size Heron Studio Toilet with Dual Flush Vitreous China Porcelain flushing toilet with seat and lid.
11: Are Towel Rails installed?
Yes, The back of the door towards the top just above the window has towel hooks that are used for hanging your cloths or towels on with towel rack above heater.
12: How does it dispose of sewer and water?
Each Ensuite unit is fitted with a Tecma Split-System Combi 3 Model 1000 Maceration Pump. The macerator-box Combi 3 consists of a box that incorporates a pump that can automatically chop and expel acid, fatty hot water (up to 100° C), faeces and toilet paper through a 32 or 40mm diameter pipe to the nearest sewer exit overflow relief gully.
Ensuite Hire Answers
A: Do I have to cleaning the ensuite?
We only ask that all Ensuites are returned after hiring is complete in the same condition as originally delivered and is cleaned throughout before returning to Ensuite for hire. If however the units are not cleaned and we have to clean the ensuite before leaving the site of hire, a charge of $60 will be paid to the person on pick of the Ensuite. Any damages to the Ensuite unit will also cause us to be fully reimbursed for that damage. Further insurance penalties may apply depending on the amount of damage and the cost of repairs to the Ensuite. These costs will be met by the hirer.
B: How do I pay for the Ensuite hire?
We only accept direct deposit and cash, all cheques to be made out to cash and cash same day.
C: How much time do you need for delivery.?
This would depend on the time of the year. It is adviseble in most cases 2 weeks notices to ensure you get the unit.
D: Are they adequate for all occasions for personal needs?
Our Ensuite units are perfect when having home renovations to ensuite or bathroom for those occasions simply need an extra toilet, shower or ensuite and of course when extra family come to stay.

Renovating your bathroom is now no longer a problem with the use of our Luxury Mobile Ensuite. We will deliver and pick up the ensuite at the end of your hire when required. The units are fully mobile and fully capable of replacing your ensuite or bathroom needs for as long as you desire. Please keep in mind that if your have booked an ensuite for a period of time and find that you need the units for a longer period of time then we will always try to meet your needs as one of our valued clients.
